Our Beliefs

We believe in a world where CareWorkers show UP happy and whole every day for themselves and those in their care. Our mission is to connect CareWorkers with whole-hearted tools they can use within a supportive community to improve their wellbeing. We believe whole, happy, and healthy CareWorkers are key to transforming education, mental and health care, and more. We connect CareWorkers with tools by partnering with existing organizations and community-based programs, and we also co-create programs with our community on the fly based on the needs and demands of today’s CareWorkers. We believe in smart fund allocation, employ minimal staff, and co-generate within our community.
